pool workout

Exercise Type: Swim

Feels great to get back at the pool workout! Same as usual 5 min warm up, wkt 1, 20 min aqua jog, wkt 2, then 10 minutes of swim down, underwater back in the shallow end (really got me out of breath). Hipflexor felt a little sore, but when I got out it was better. Went down to the weight room for the hammies and the back. might do hips tonight but another day of rest should help. back upstairs for hurdle drills which went well. stretch and ice after.

Everyone has been making goals for track, so I though I would put mine down on.
1)I dont want to think. I just want to run.

Yea thats it. I have gone through a lot of crap this past year, and I just want the opportunity to race. I know what it is like to be taken away.

I also want to break 9:30 in the 3k at BW, break 10:00 outdoor, and possible win DePauw/score at UAA. I have my head set on Atlanta.
