hard workout- felt amazing

we went out on the track, measured out 400 meters, and did 8 400s with jbrs. Mile warmup, 1000 meter cooldown. The hard 400s felt amazing, and it felt fast and smooth. aiming for 72s, felt relaxed, even though it was quite slippery from the mud
