Finally not being a bum anymore. Just finished logging back a week and a half, although there isn't much there because I let myself get so behind on schoolwork. Not happening again. The thing I regret the most about the last week (other than the hit my GPA likely took)is that I haven't done PT since last Tuesday. Still didn't today, but I surely will tomorrow. My legs were feeling ok until after my run Saturday, I probably should've stretched more and wish I'd had a roller at home.
Biked in the cardio room. First 20 minutes spent watching HP6 to get ready for Friday, the rest spent watching the first half of the OSU basketball game. Stretch, Roll.
