The weather was crappy today so I was kind of glad I didn't have to run today. For like 2 seconds. Then it passed. I really want to be doing an easy run today. This sucks

Hurdle drills
20 squats on a bosu ball with 5 each leg 1 leg squats (3 sets)
Calf raises on set on machine with 45 on then 2 sets with bar on shoulders
Max pullups, 10 dips, 10ish pushups(failed last set) (3 sets)
Hip circles (2 sets)
Static 1 plus calfs
ankle stuff
Roll stick and foam
Pick 8 abs by 40
