Legs feel fresh after the marathon somehow. I am looking for ways to build speed into the training and get closer to 4 hours in the next marathon. Kept a steady fast 8 mile/minute pace for first 4 then picked it up to 7:20 the last mile. Will try for under 39 minutes in next treadmill 5. Drank 15 oz gatorade.
