Exercise Type: Bike

Dang the tightness in my left has spread over to the back part of my hip. Thought it would be best to bike today see how it is tomorrow... Bike felt fine got tired at the end. Stretched during the team meeting then did all the exercises in the training room, no weights. Back up for stretching, rolling, and 300 crunches. Saw the Nationals Team before they headed off to dominate on Saturday. Also had a lot of philosophical running conversations today, but I dont really feel like re typing them.
