Not running sucks. Breezed a 200 today just so that I have some indication of how the 1000 time trial on Friday will go. We'll see I just want to run faster than 2:37 which is where I was at last year.

Hurdle drills
3 sets of: 20 squats on bosu ball, 5 each leg single leg squats, 20 calf raises
3 sets of, max pullups, 10 dips, 10 pushups
hip circles (2 sets)
Static 1 plus calf streacher
Ankle stuff
