Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Jumped in to pool and swam for a bit. Got tired at the end. Bum muscle was a lil sore in the pool. Stretched real well afterward. I also did abs in the morning session. I think that my muscles are just shifting around now and falling back into place. A different part of my hip is sore each day. The right feels fine though
