Legs a little tired today, do able though. No 50 sec run, timed a 400. Won my "heat" in 62....gay. I really wanted to run around 60. I know I could go sub 60 in a meet, anyways after that did 10x200 as a ladder down of sets (4,3,2,1). After each one jogged a 100ms then walked backed to the start line. Not a bad day overall I guess, slowest one was 33. Focused on getting a decent start then really going on hard on the straight away. Tomorrow whatever we do Im taking real easy, wanna be ready for Battle of the Potomac. Planning on gettin a medal niggaaa
