Comments:
Ran with Corey out to the 5 and back. Real nice pace and my leg felt fine. I actually was doing pretty good. Had my tights on so that might have helped who knows. Talked about the team and next season. Got back and went to do everything in the training room. Nice stretch roll and Ice too. Forgot to do hurdle drills perhaps throw them in tomorrow
