Did the same thing that I've been doing this week. I'm kinda nervous for this time trial tomorrow. Hopefully my strength can carry me through to something decent. We'll see. Just run sub 2:37 and finish well and I'll be happy
10 min bike
200 in 28 just for kicks
Hurdle drills
3x ankle bends by 30sec, one leg squats by 5 each leg, 20 calf raises with bar on sholders
3x max pullups, 10 dips, 10 pushups
hip circles (2 sets)
Static 1 and calves
ankle stuff
roll stick and foam
pick 8 abs x 40 kind of with some planks (Coach Rubin basically told us doing core like this won't help running at all. I need to sit down with him and have him teach me all of the exercises or get someone that knows them too)
Soccer game for like an hour on Frieburger field
