PKT, NP to Belvoir then back to Veale. stretch, hips, pushups, abs.

finally rolled out the door around 4pm. didn't feel as bad as I would have thought from yesterday's time trial or last night's festivities. saw Chi-Chris on my way out and Austin at Veale.
