Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
we got there around 11:30. started warming up at 12:00 for the race at 1:00. did a nice warmup and stretched. then got to the line, did speed d, and the race began. i got out pretty fast, but then fell back. around the 800 mark, i cramped up on my left side and that was there for the rest of the race. i went pretty slow up the hill, but blasted the downhill. caught up with noah on the way down, then with about 800 meters to go, i was racing liam most of the time. at the end, i caught up to austin at the line. My left side cramp hurt a lot, which was weird cause i usually do nnot get cramps. team came in 18th. tim and ryan had awesome races, im ok with my race, and now im ready for indoor.
