Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Standard run with Brandon. He headed back at the 4 and I kept going out to lee. I was really sore at the beginning, my legs felt like rocks. After I turned at lee though I started rolling and feeling a bit better. I wasnt thinking about anything I was just running... Its those moments that I missed so much, and that I really thing will make me a better runner. Did some striders, and it felt like my legs were going to disintegrate.

Got back and did all the PT exercises. I kept it to two reps because my legs were so sore. It is definitely a good sore though. The tightness around my hips is not bothering me at all when I am running. Stretch and interesting abs with Ethan after. Hurdle drills tomorrow.

Had a team meeting after practice.
1)We need to hold each other accountable
2)We need to work towards our goal of Nationals. It is not going to be spoon fed to use. Reality is it is actually not going to be easy at all
3)The little things must now be the essentials. I know from experience that they do make a difference. They can bring you back from injury, I know that they can make you a better runner.
