Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Started out with 5 min kickboard. Wkt 1, 20 min aqua jog. wkt 2 then 15 min continuous swim. I was impressed I didnt stop once on the swim. cool down with 5 min kickboard.
Training room for PT. felt a little sore. Hurdle drills barefoot followed by stretching and rolling. Ice cup after night run.
Legs still feeling tired.
