Didnt get my normal warmup in, slightly shorter. Timed an 800 yet again today, ran the same time.....but this time i had spikes it. Went out 3 seconds slower than yesterday. Anyways after that did 2(3x300) then a 300 relay, 200 relay, 100, 50. Kept my spikes on for the whole workout, felt pretty good.
