Comments:
Ran out to cleveland heights. Out E overlook to lee and back washington and euclid heights. Right leg feeling pretty sore. and my back was hurting too. On another note I actually feel like I am starting to train.

Got back, training room was closing so I went and did hips and back on the track. Didnt get weights or any hamstring exercises (NOTE: this is the first time I have spelled exercise correctly on the first try!) in. Stretched well and then did some core. Very lonely not to many people around veale.
