10X15 bent knee sit up sliders, 5 X 15 torso bends incl side bends, ball on the wall and leg lifts. 5 X15 hamstring prone, 5X15 hamstring sitting, 5X15 back machine, 6X15 quad machine. Stll van't figure out the lying on back ab machine.
