Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Leg was sore from the car ride. Went over to the park in the car after we got to Cincy. Ran around for a while. Went down the trail and back up the hill, then around a little more then back down the road and up the hill. The hills were tough. It was also raining the entire time. Ran strong though. Completely guessing on the mileage.

Hip sore afterward. Got back to my aunts house and I did all the hips and back I could do. Did a bit of stretching while my brother and cousins were playing Rock Band, then I did planks.

Little nervous about not getting ice. Ill just keep stretching my right hip and rolling.
