WU 2 mile to Hiltner's place, then 3 more miles, stretch
3 mile steady state on Wadsworth roads, approx. splits 6:00, 5:42, 5:48
CD to Hilt's then home, stretch

if Hiltner was planning on doing 400s fast or a hard tempo, I would have waived running with him today, but since he only had 3 miles at 6:00pace planned, I figured it would shake the aches off from yesterday. this wasn't hard but more in that moderate range than I thought it would feel. still, today was a good day.
