Wow I've been terrible about updating . Everyday I say I'm going to write but then i just dont. This changes today!
So the posterior tibial tendon according to the PT is still inflamed, but is under control enough to start to run. I'm still going back for cortisone treatments on wednesdays....and I'm going to Veronica for stim, but I can run! Im hoping that it wont flare up the moment I start running (knock on wood), because Ive literally been doing everything I can with taking care of it--icing/massaging/ balance between excersizing and resting, so we'll see with the 15 minute test jog on Sunday. I know the first few runs back will be rough but hopefully the summer base will work its magic. Or maybe i'm just rambling. I dont want to get my hopes way up in case it flares the moment i start running again, but I'm thinking it wont =)

as for today, crunches, planks, lunges, elliptical, weights, 15 minutes yoga, and long stretch (in total about 1:40)
