sacred grove

Night run just to get my legs moving. Didnt do anything yesterday and my back and hip were getting very sore. They didnt feel much better today... Headed out to the "sacred grove" from top of the hill. Did and out an back. It was a very special experience. It was really empowering to go at night by myself. I could have stayed there all night. I honestly felt really good when I was there. I wasnt thinking about anything. I was just running and concentrating on what my form looked like and how I was approaching. I should try to make it down there once a week. It makes me feel better, and I hope it will make me a stronger runner.

Got back and did all the hips and back stuff in my room. Couldnt do hammies which stinks. After some good PT switched to abs and then stretched and rolled. Iced later.

I still dont know what to expect with this intense soreness and tightening in my back. I hope it is just my muscles moving around and growing stronger. I feel like I have gotten over the fact that it hurts. I dont care about that anymore. Running actually makes it feel better. Taking a day off made me tighten up real bad. I am just going to stick to the path.

My tights held together alright. Nice stitching job!
