First Day Back Running

Comments:
First day running...dont know what to say...have not run for 3 weeks straight and I had not felt the pain walking anymore. The feeling came back within the first couple of minutes of the run. It wasnt really pain I guess....it was more of a tolerable feeling...Disappointed due to the fact that I should not have any pain since there was 3 weeks of nothing....See what happens with pain and how I feel tomorrow morning.
