Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Run with Grese and Grogan. They needed to go a lil slower so it was perfect and we kept my pace. I was definitely sore before hand. I heated and headed out. Halfway through it started to loosen up and I felt fine. Nice run overall. We talked about the team and the future direction, and the thangs we got to do!
Got back, nice PT session with everything (weights felt nice). Really need to focus on building back that muscle so it gets stronger. I dont think it is a stress fracture because it feels like muscle and IT band ache, and its all along my hip and up into my back. Recovery can be painful, but its only weakness leaving the body.
All the essentials after. Stretch, roll, abs with Sonny and a brief ice.
Meeting with coach tomorrow. Focus on workouts and getting my hammies stronger. I talked to Jess about it today.
