First legitmate workout with Sylvester's group today. 5x800 in 2:30 with 2min rest. Felt pretty easy. Like a strength thing. I was happy to be pretty even with the splits today. And the last one was quite a bit faster which was nice. I was happy to negative split that one. Good workout overall.
Splits: 2:31, 2:31, 2:30, 2:32, 2:23
Strech, roll (foam and stick), pick 8x40 abs, pushups, dips and pullups.
