Comments:
Ran around the first lake with Bobby and Alyssa. Took it nice and easy. My legs were pretty sore, I think largely from football yesterday. My sides were also sore from football but that was just annoying. My legs felt kinda dead and my knees hurt but there is really nothing I can do about that unfortunately.
Got back and went down to do PT
Roll
3x15 clam w/ band + hold 10 seconds
2x15 4 way leg raise w/ 3#, plus slow hip circles
3x15 hip raises w/ ball + hold 15 seconds
Bench Stretch
Then went upstairs and stretched before taking an ice bath with Alyssa and Ben.
