Tendons still a little sore on the warmup but definitely suitable for a workout. Over the break I lost some speeed, hit the 300 pole in 45 today for the 50 sec run....not good usually there in about 42 or 43. Then did 10x171, felt okay, just havent done speedwork in a week basically, gotta get back in to the rhythm, each one was in between 22-24 seconds. Stride the straights jog the curve for a mile cooldown. Were supposed to do distance tomorrow but since I have a dentist appointment right after school my plan is to go home and do some light speedwork followed by a 4 miler or so. Need to get used to running fast again for the meet.
