Took off yesterday as I had to do service work and babysit, went to go for a 5 miler and run it somewhere around 6:40 pace. 1st half mile shins started hurting again for some strange reason then the tendons started hurting. Faster I tried to run, worse it hurt, really started to feel some pain and at 1.5 mile mark I said fuck it and walked back home. Taking off til Monday. I dont need to deal with this shit all indoor season, hopefully the rest will help calm things down.
