Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Pretty light rain the whole time but I ran in shorts and a t-shirt
Comments:
Ran after turning in my 201 homweork after lunch. Felt pretty sluggish to start with but picked it up as the run went on. The first two miles were around 7:10 pace and the last were something like 6:20 pace so even with the hill thats a pretty big streach. Felt good most of the way with no stomach problems like the last run. Its good to be back to running Warrensville but I need to find a longer loop probably for the future.
Strech, roll, hurdle drills, 2x26 (Spartan 1 and 2), pushups, hips, pullups and dips
