Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Very nice 70

Comments:
Today was great! I was not planning to run today in order to get a good recovery from yesterdays run. But I could not pass up the opportunity to go out on such a nice day. Matthew had a baseball game right after I got home from work and Peanut had to go out for his walk. I knew that Peanut would not be able to jog the whole way and would slow us down for some walking and sniffing periods. Peanut did not let me down. We walked, we jogged, sniffed and waited for the signals to cross the busy intersections. We also got to watch Matt play ball.
