Weather: almost sock weather

Comments:
NP to Coventry and back with Kamron the whole way and Jeff on the way back. Was going to be a large group but Kamron and I were tired of waiting. Coldest run yet, wasn't feeling 2 long sleeve shirts on the way out but I was glad I had them both on the way back.

Right hip is sore, but more in the front than normal, not sure what it is. Icing it well and often.

PT once back
4 way hip 3x15 plus circles 3#
Clams 3x15 w/ band with 15 second hold
Hip raises with ball 3x15 with 15 second hold
Bench stretch

Back upstairs to stretch well and roll some more. Iced in the locker room with Ben, his ice leaked and soaked him, kinda funny.
