track workout today, decided upon a ladder of 200, 400, 600, 800, 600, 400 200. it went allright i suppose, not entirely sure of all the times but ill guess as best i can. i was really tight before and during this so it did not feel good, but as i said it went ok. it was supposed to be pretty hard so i guess we accomplished that
