We were supposed to run 45 minutes, and for some reason ("for the sake of awesomeness" - Jonah) we decided to run the whole thing on the new track. We were going 7:22 pace for most of the run, until the last 7 laps, where I sped up a bit. I ran 3 laps around 6:20 pace, followed by 4 at 6:00 pace. It felt okay.
