Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Jumped in for my swim in between classes. Tried to pin my trunks together with saftey pins. Needless to say, when I pushed off the other end they snapped off and I lost my pants. Jumped out and found a shoelace and made my own drawstring. Then I finished up the swim. Kinda annoying... Stretch and abs after and I barely made it to class on time. My back and hip was popping and cracking a lot after the swim. Didnt feel great...
