east side crossover

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Feeling tired before the run. Waited around a bit but no one showed so I went out on my own. Felt fine while I was running. No back pain at all but a weakness on the right still. It was a lingering feeling but not really impairing. My left side was very sore and tight after. I am walking this line of balancing out the left and right sides, just searching for an equilibrium.

Got back and went down to the training room for some standard PT. I felt good after it. Hurdle drills went fine too. Stretched, forgot to ice because I was hungry.
