Weather: colder but not horrible yet
Comments:
extended church loop but went down crawford at the beginning so it wasnt too long, not even 3 miles, so then we did a lap and a half of the school. then tried to stretch a bunch and did some stairs. those rly get the quads going. kind of an eh day, looking back i wish we ran more, especially outside before it snows over and all.
