Ran with Britta today. Kept it pretty chill pace wise since I'm tired form the workout. I'm glad Britta was down with that. So it was a pretty easy recovery run. Chatted about training and goals for track for both of us. Ireally hope Britta starts working out again. Iknow she feels like she has some more time to drop in both the 8 and the mile and I agree with her.
Had a meeting with Rubin about lifting which was good. I'm excited to make big gains over break.
Strech, roll, ankle stuff, hurdle drills, pushups, MB abs, hips, pullups and dips
