blistering beaumont bridge

Comments:
Suite run. Colin Joe and Phil and I headed out to the beaumont bridge and back. We were killing it in the beginning I was tired. Phil went back faster because he had to drop the kids off at the pool. We went a nicer pace back. My legs and back were fine, actually they felt pretty good. I was just tired in the upper body and out of breath. Not good...

Got back and stretched and did hips and stuff while watching Oregon play Oregon State. Didnt have weights or a very good stretch band, but I got it done. No hammies... also threw in some abs.
