Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
5 min kickboard, wkt 1 wkt 2, then 20 min aqua jog followed by 20 min swim. 5 min cool down.
aqua jog went real well. I also was very consistent on the swim even though I got tired from the underwater portions. I get a sorer quicker from the swim then the jog.
Back up for hips back and hammies upstairs. I will add some more hammies later tonight and abs too. stretch and no hurdles because they were put away. Dixon got them in though which is good.
