Comments:
Thought I should share my personal goals for this track season.
Track Goals:
1) Lead by example.
2) Make both conference squads.
3) PR: 3k - sub 9:00, 5k - 15:15, 10k - 31:10.
4) Do the "little things/essentials": sleep, ice bath, stretch, lift, abs.
5) No hangovers. Dry after Spring Break.
6) Enjoy the last collegiate season!
