Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long run with Chris Kelly, David and Corey. I was amped up from drinking Mountain Dew at breakfast, and i definitely held together on the run. David and Corey turned back at 5, Ckells and I kept going. Kept the pace nice and strong because we were on the roads. Might I add the weather was amazing out! Last half mile was on the track with David. Heel was a little tight and my pants were very abrasive which was annoying. I need new shoes. Hip and back were fine though felt like no problems but it was a lil tight when I got back.

Standard hips, back and hammies upstairs again, followed by showing David the new hurdle drills. I guess we will start those after break (actually during break). Stretched and then took a showed with the HUGE TOWEL!!!!

First 60+ min run in a LONG time. This run earned the "Legit Seal of Approval"
