Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was supposed to have a meeting with coach this morning to talk about winter training, but she couldnt make it. I hope we can talk before break. I decided to get my 4 miles in before soccer so I didnt need to do a night run. As I was getting ready, Alyssa Thea and Brooke all left ( I wouldnt have seen them if it wasnt for the bright green jackets). I caught up to them and we went Cedar to Coventry to Mayfield to Murray Hill. Got back and stretched a little bit before playing soccer.
Elaine stopped by which was awesome!
No hips and back and hammies. Probably ok to take a day off. Back at it tomorrow. Still need to stretch and ice later because I am very sore.
Thoughts on Winter training:
I wont be swimming as much, so maybe staying at 35-40 is a good idea. Then when I get back, I will be padding mileage and I can start dedicating some of those miles to faster stuff like tempos. Also I need to get an exercise ball! Hammies are so important. I also need to find a good place to to the breaks.
