Comments:
8 mile circuit near Seward Park that ends on a pretty mean hill. Tried to keep high cadence 90 on flat and 80+ on hills (which was near impossible from the second loop on). Did it two times, break for stretch and a banana, then two more times.
Nasty headwind today.
52 miles total not bad for wind and hills.
