Comments:
"Never drink through the pain, run through it. College will be much easier."
needed a nice lonely run today, but mitchell was there at the same time, and i wasnt going to deny him a running companion so went with him for approximately 2.5 miles. he was going longer so he kept going and i only wanted 5, so i turned around. somewhat subconsciously i picked up the pace considerably and just let me mind breathe for the few minutes i had by myself. then played water ppolo and that was fun. i was tired beforehand, and more tired after.
