Needed to get a real workout in this week. Wasn't feeling great but did this anyway. 3x800m with 6:00 rest goal of 2:20. Didn't come close. Not having breakfast and running by myself may have contributed, but I'm not happy with how this one turned out. Hopefully when I come back after break I'll at least be able to keep them under 2:25
