Weather: COLD 22degrees!
Comments:
It was really cold today but we still did a workout. Not a really hard one. It was a tempo version of the michigan. WE did 1mile on the track then 1lap around our school ,then 1200m then around the school then 800m then around the school then 400m. I felt pretty relaxed for all of it. JUST REALLY COLD. 1stmile 5:30..then the rest i was too cold to time myself. It was a good effort for the 1st workout back from break. hopefully 40miles or more this week!
