felt really realy good today
maybe a bit lag at first, but was able to pick it up and feel good
by the end wanted to go more/faster
cant jump back too quickly, but will focus on quality during break!
as for weight training, ive pretty much been doing the same thing for 2 months, everythin free range except for abductor/aductor. i also found out from adam that ive been lifting w/ really poor form. ive also been avoiding machines/arms because of the misconception that weights=bulk. getting that out of my head and doing stuff right from now on, plus weights. really embarrasing that couldnt do one pullup....gotta work on that. so this should be good.
