Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started from home. Took dirt road to Freese to horse hill fields, down horse hill, along forest home, through campus to the bike path, gamefarm to stevenson and back home via dodge.
My left quad was still very sore, but it didnt really slow me down. Its the good kind of sore. I felt pretty good on this run. My legs were lead weights, but it didnt matter. I like that mentality.
Got back and did hips, back and hammies while watching the Disney Channel. I actually had to turn it off it was so annoying. Sorry Phil... Stretched and then did planks.
No run for the next few days. This work load was 35/ week worthy, but I really need to step it up to 40 next week. Hold for 40 for 2 weeks (1 tempo/steady state, 1 long run) and then back to school. My hips have been feeling good lately.
