Comments:
Ran to CJ to do Gooseneck workout which was 8 x 550m Gooseneck Loops with limited recovery. I guess I had a little longer recovery with Camille as my partner but good workout none the less. Got really bored a couple of times cause I was running primarily by myself. Achilles felt fine during the workout, just jogging to CJ and back to WJ is when it was most painful. But going up the hill was no problem, and taking the downhill easy felt great.
