Comments:
Ran with my high school team. 5x1000m @3:30 w/ 2min rest was the goal for those with PR's under 5/mile. 800 split for all was 2:47-2:48, nice and even. Kicked the last 200m for the last 3 repeats. Cooldown on treadmill at 1.5 degrees elevation.
Splits were: (3:29, 3:30, 3:26, 3:25, 3:26)
